How To Turn Your Facebook Page Into A Lead-Generating Machine

One necessary component of a thriving business is a strong list of qualified leads.  I’m talking about collecting names and emails so you can communicate with your ideal audience on a regular basis.  Some business experts say that without a list, you don’t really have a business.

There are many ways to grow your list and one smart marketing move is to create an opt-in strategy on your Facebook Page.

I created this short training video to show you some examples of well-done opt-ins on Facebook as well as give you ideas to drive traffic to your Facebook opt-in.  Take a look to get some ideas for your own business.

Now it’s your turn!  Have you seen other great examples of opt-in tabs on Facebook?  Share your thoughts below!

    Hi Amy,

Jimmy Mackin here (we’re friends on Facebook) – we developed the Facebook Conversion Tab using the Facebook Registration form as a way to capture emails.  We are currently integrating it with Mailchimp right now – users do have the ability to download their leads into a CSV file to important into any other email marketing tool.

    Here is an example

Hi Amy; This was a Great video. I will be replaying it many times to help me grow. I manufacture a product. http://www.orchardharvestcandles.com that is me. Very soon, I hope to be blogging about my product and have great ideas for future blogs with pics. My question for you is; How can you drive traffic to your facebook with an offer other than a giveaway?  I have a product not an educational tool to promote. I don’t have alot of ideas yet on ways to invite more traffic in other than offering a discount or giveaway. At this time, I do not teach candle making at this time.  Any ideas?

Hi Phyllis – I just sent you a message through your About.me page.  Please email me at Jimmy@themlsapp.com to set up a time in which we can talk about the app.

    Thanks!

Run a contest on your page in which in order for there to be a “winner” the contestants must get the most “likes” on a comment they make on your page. In order to do this they will need to get their friends to visit your page and like it in order to outdo their competition. I did this and it gained me over 300 new fans in just a week-and-a-half.

Amy- thanks for these tips! I appreciate all the great content! I need to get my opt-in box going right away. I’m using one app for my welcome page but not sure it’s the best option. Any recommendations? Thanks!
