  • Where is the event located?

    The event will be held at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in San Diego.

    The address is 4000 Coronado Bay Road, Coronado, California 92118.

  • What are the event dates?

    The event will be held on October 17th, 18th, and 19th.  

  • When is registration at the event?

    Event registration will be held in the Commodore Foyer.

    Registration will be on Wednesday, October 16th from 5pm – 7pm, and Thursday, October 17th from 7am – 8:45am (Pacific).

  • When does the event begin?

    The Entrepreneur Experience begins at 9:00am (Pacific) each day.

    You will want to be in your seat by 8:45am so you don’t miss out on any great content or networking. To be early is to be on time!

  • What time does the event end each day?

    The Entrepreneur Experience is set to conclude at 7:00pm on October 17th, 9:00pm on October 18th, and 5:00pm on October 19th (Pacific).

    Also, we reserve the right to make minor modifications to the schedule on-site to better serve you.

  • What do I wear?

    Event attire is business casual. Session rooms can be cool, so we recommend you bring layers so you can control your own comfort.

  • What do I need to bring?

    We recommend bringing a notebook and pen to take notes during the sessions. Make sure to come each day fully charged and ready to learn!

  • What’s included in my ticket?

    Each day will be filled with power-packed content, networking opportunities, implementation and inspiration built into the days’ schedule. We are working hard to make sure that everyone walks away from the event ready to take their business to the next level!

  • Who’s included in the speaker lineup?

    Amy Porterfield, Rachel Hollis, Stu McLaren, Jasmine Star and Gina Gomez will all be taking the stage.

  • Will there be options available for those with dietary needs?

    Food options, including vegetarian options, will be available at the hotel, but we cannot guarantee on-site options will fit all dietary needs. Attendees will also have the option to visit nearby restaurants during meal times if they so choose.

  • What airport should I fly into?

    San Diego International Airport (SAN).

  • Is the event going to be recorded?

    The event will not be live streamed. However, there will be audio recordings of the key sessions from Amy, Rachel, Jasmine, and Stu, which will become available to all attendees via Kajabi following the event. Please note this will be audio only, and you must be present and fully registered to receive the recordings.

  • Will there be assigned seats at the event?

    We will not have assigned seating at the Entrepreneur Experience. We encourage you to sit somewhere new with someone you don’t already know. Expand your sphere of influence!

  • Will there be a time for questions with Amy?

    There will be time for questions.  In order to allow us to get through all of the content, and respect your fellow attendees, please refrain from questions until we open the floor for questions.

  • What’s the cancellation policy?

    The last day to cancel and receive a refund on your ticket is October 1, 2019 at 11:59pm (Pacific).
