Welcome! The Insider’s Club is a community supported group for paid members of Amy Porterfield’s programs: Digital Course Academy®️, Courses That Convert®️, List Builders Lab®️, and Webinars That Convert®️.
First, let’s start by saying we are SO happy you are here! The Insider’s Club is a place to share insights, tips, questions, answers, and most importantly, support for one another along this entrepreneurial journey. You are not alone! Amy, her team, and her other students are here for you!
This group is community supported, which means good karma will come your way if you jump in and help your fellow entrepreneur ;-) Also, once a month Amy will be showing up live on video inside the group for an interactive Q&A session.
In addition, the Company employs a Community Manager. Although her job is not to answer every question posted in the group, she is our eyes and ears in this space and will jump in as needed. You will often see her sharing an encouraging word, fostering smart conversations, and ensuring you keep moving forward. So to say the least, you are in good hands!
We have built this community to support and educate. We want to make sure it’s a safe space and preserves the quality of the group at all times, which is why we have developed these rules and enforce them on a daily basis.
With that being said, let’s dive in…
1. NO SELF PROMO
No self-promotion is allowed. What do we consider self-promotion?
- Selling Anything – products, services, courses, events and programs…anything that feeds your bottom line.
- Promoting your webinar, live broadcast, or event
- Posting affiliate links
- Posting your own content in the group and not in a specific (and relevant) thread
- Posting “free” offers of your own product or service
2. #ASK #WINS #SHARE
As a way to help make our group highly searchable, any time you post within the group, we want you to use one of these three categories: #ASK, #WINS, #SHARE
#ASK = Any question you may have about your business or about Amy’s program that has you stumped. Because we have students from all three of Amy’s programs, make sure to specify which program you’re from:
- #ASKLBL = List Builders Lab®️
- #ASKCTC = Courses That Convert®️
- #ASKWTC = Webinars That Convert®️
If you want your question answered, you MUST use a hashtag!
Also, one friendly reminder: When asking a question make sure to keep it short and sweet. Brevity is your friend! The longer the question is, the less likely it is that it will get the attention it deserves. Time is valuable! K.I.S.S. – Keep It Simple *Sweetie!
#WINS = Any wins you are celebrating OR any fellow members you wish to spotlight and celebrate. We LOVE to feature people within the group! Give shoutouts! Share your accomplishments! Be proud of the work you’re doing! We want to hear all BIG and SMALL wins! Plus, who doesn’t love another reason for a virtual toast! *Cheers!*
#SHARE = Any tips, strategies, lessons, or insights you have learned along the way. Help each other out! This is a community run group, so offer feedback and insight whenever possible.
3. NO POSTING OF VIDEOS
This is a big no-no! No posting or sharing your own videos (live or pre-recorded) – whether it’s from your personal profile, your FB page, your YouTube account, or your website. The ONLY exception is sharing motivational, instructional, inspirational or downright funny videos. Again, these can’t be your own videos (and let’s keep them to a minimum. A little goes a long way.)
4. BE KIND
We live by the Golden Rule in this group: If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all. We do not allow rants, calling people out, or complaints around how someone chooses to build or grow their business. Just be nice. It’s that simple. (If you have a complaint about one of Amy’s programs, please email support@amyporterfield.com and we will be all ears!)
5. BE HELPFUL (GOOD KARMA!)
Provide genuine and helpful feedback and suggestions to others.
- Ask questions.
- Give answers.
- Be the kind of supportive friend that you would want and need on your entrepreneurial journey.
Remember: We are all here to help each other…so give more than you take, please.
7. WHEN TO DM ADMINS
Okay, this one gets a little tricky. Of course, Amy, our Community Managers, and the rest of Team Porterfield want to make sure you are super-served here. However, there are a lot of you and we ask that you respect the time of our Admins and only Direct Message admins when it is an entrepreneurial emergency.
IMPORTANT: If you are having login issues or tech issues inside of any of Amy’s programs OR if you have a complaint about a program, please email support@amyporterfield.com and we will be ready to support. Please do not DM for these challenges.

Overall, we want this group to make a HUGE IMPACT on your entrepreneurial success. We want you to grow your business and yourself. We want to be here to support you along the way. Here are just a few more tips to help you get the most from this group:
Show Up Daily While we don’t want you to spend your whole day surfing the group, because then you’re not building your business, stopping by every day can help you gain insight and knowledge. Set a specific amount of time each day to spend in the group and then head back to work!
Set Your Calendar Amy will be live on video inside the group every third Tuesday of the month at 11 a.m. Pacific Time unless otherwise noted in the group. Although these live sessions will be recorded and accessible in the group, there’s something extra powerful when you show up live.
