You will not get 1x1 coaching directly from me. (I only take two 1x1 coaching clients a year at $100k a piece.) But I've designed The Milly Club so that you still get my eyes on your plan and my feedback along the way.
Twice a month, my team and I lead live coaching sessions built around the real challenges Milly members are navigating right now. Because this is such a small, curated group, I'm not teaching in generalities. I know what's happening inside the businesses of each member, and I tailor our strategy to that. I call out people by name. I refer to the offers I know you’re selling, the challenge a member mentioned in our last call.
But I’m also regularly in the Slack channel, giving my thoughts on member questions and comments, along with your peers.
In addition to my feedback, twice a month, you’ll also meet 1:1 with your Milly Club coach to help build, track, and be held accountable to your six-month plan. Meaning you get someone highly accredited who knows your numbers.
TL;DR? You get high-level strategy from me. Individualized tracking from your 1:1 coach.
No sweat! Every Club call will be recorded and uploaded to your Resource Center for you to catch up on later.
The only thing that will NOT be recorded is our live 2-day events.

Team Member Access
Team members may use the primary member’s login to access the Hub for internal business use. This includes access to call recordings, the Milly Method, and additional program resources, including the Calibrate Collective content. This access is intended for team members who are helping implement what the member is learning inside The Milly Club.
No. Each event itself, as well as meals during the events, are covered! But travel, accommodations, etc. will be at your own cost.
It does the opposite. In your first weeks, you and your coach define a single six-month priority that’s written down, tracked, and checked in on during your 1:1 calls. Not a list of things. One thing designed to take you out of the day-to-day and actually scale your business. It’s focus by force, in the most loving, understanding way possible. 😉
