You will not get 1x1 coaching directly from me. (I only take two 1x1 coaching clients a year at $100k a piece.) However, I've designed The Milly Club to ensure you get regular, hands-on, highly relevant coaching so you never waste time or focus.
Twice a month, I lead live coaching sessions focused on the real challenges Milly members are navigating right now. Because this is such a small, curated group, I get to tailor the strategy and guidance to what's actually happening inside your businesses.
You'll also meet twice a month for 1x1 coaching with Jill, your Milly Club Coach, who has been with me full-time for eight years. This is where you'll get custom feedback, plus personalized support and accountability from someone highly accredited.
This custom format means you get both high-level strategy and individualized coaching without adding another overwhelming commitment to your calendar.
No sweat! Every Club call will be recorded and uploaded to your Resource Center for you to catch up on later.
The only thing that will NOT be recorded is our live 2-day events in Nashville.
Only you, the business owner, can participate in the Milly Club, including calls, Slack conversations and the two live events.
Team Member Access
Team members may use the primary member’s login to access the Hub for internal business use. This includes access to call recordings, the Milly Method, and additional program resources, including the Calibrate Collective content. This access is intended for team members who are helping implement what the member is learning inside The Milly Club.
No. Each event itself, as well as meals during the events, are covered! But travel, accommodations, etc. will be at your own cost.
