As a follower of Christ, I spent many years in the ministry. Then family life kicked in, we moved for my husband’s job, and I just concentrated on being a mom and wife. I was giving swimming lessons to earn some extra money, but I secretly wanted to be an entrepreneur.

So I started hosting Facebook parties as a way to get started in making money online.

Fast-forward to 2016 when I attended a business conference, and that’s when I was introduced to Amy, who was speaking about using social media for business.

I left that conference PUMPED, and the first thing I did was start a podcast! (My podcast – The Simply Wholehearted Podcast – is now the longest-running faith-based podcast with Enneagram content for women! And I never would have started if it weren’t for Amy!)

While bingeing Amy’s podcast, I started to piece together a course curriculum using all the amazing free content she provides. I also worked on getting my social media started and building an email list.

When I finally was able to sign up for Digital Course Academy, I went back to make my course “Amy approved.”

Then I went all in on creating lead magnets and providing valuable content that my followers would appreciate.

Because I have cultivated an engaged email list over the years, I am able to promote my course launches with LOTS of success, just on social media and through my email – no paid ads!

My first launch was in 2020, and now I have over 10 courses! My total revenue to date has been $150,000, which may not sound like a lot to some… But as a full-time mom that is just doing this for the joy of it and to make some extra money – it has helped my family tremendously!

I am beyond grateful every day that this is my life.

I get to spend my days coaching other women through the process of not only learning the depth and complexities of their motivations, but also teaching them how to effectively use the Enneagram as a transformational tool for their life!

Even better… My daughters get to see their mom as a successful entrepreneur who is present for them, and THAT is priceless.

Besides God and my faithful husband, I have loads of gratitude to Amy for helping me get where I am in business today. With her consistent podcast content, courses, free downloads, and so much more – she has been a guide by my side. I would not be here if it weren’t for DCA!
