The Leading Numbers That Tell You What Your Revenue Is About to Do Before It Does It

My business coach asked me a simple question about my funnel, and I couldn't answer it. Not because I didn't care. Because I'd stopped tracking it. Revenue is a lagging number. By the time your bank account tells you something is off, the problem happened weeks or months ago. What actually predicts where your business is headed are your leading numbers, the three or four points in your funnel that move before revenue does. And they look different depending on your business model, so there's no universal list to copy.
