Today's Lineup:
- I taught 30 women the wrong thing. What happened next changed everything.
- An AI prompt that will call you out on your own blind spots. You've been warned. ‼️
- New leggings, a show that wrecked me, and a big move I'm teasing.
Not that kind of striptease. But the kind I'm about to tell you about? A bit trickier.
Last weekend I hosted 30 women at my Milly Club event. These are $500K+ female founders on their way to their first milly. 💰
I showed up ready to blow their minds on hiring an integrator, a high-level right-hand who runs your operations so you stay in your visionary lane.
They don't get in the weeds. They manage the people who do.
I taught the heck out of it. There was just one problem. It was wrong.
At the end of day one, I opened up Q&A and one woman, Lauren, asked… “So are you saying I need an integrator AND then I need to hire a doer too?”
The panic in her eyes hit me like a brick.
I had overshot. Completely.
The role was too robust, too expensive, and too complicated for where they actually were.
The weight of that was heavy. These women trust me. They look to me for guidance. And I had just pushed them in the wrong direction.
Here's the thing though. I didn't mess up because I was underprepared. I messed up because I was TOO prepared.
I've had integrators in my business for years. I've lived it.
So I taught from MY altitude instead of meeting them at theirs.
I got in the car with a pit in my stomach and stripped it all down. Ego aside. Guilt aside…one question…
What do these women actually need RIGHT NOW?
The answer was instant. Because I'd been listening to them all day. I just hadn't been hearing them through their lens. 🫠
They needed an Operations Manager, a role that's high-level but still in the weeds. The path cleared instantly. I knew how to teach it and help them find the right person.
That clarity would never have come if I hadn't been in that room, listening, staying open, AND willing to strip it down.
I stayed up for hours building a brand new presentation.
Day two, I fell on my sword, told them I got it wrong, and delivered exactly what they needed. The relief on their faces told me everything. 🙌🏻
So here's what I want you to sit with this week:
Where are you teaching, selling, or messaging from YOUR altitude, rather than meeting your person at theirs?
That's the strip down. And it changes everything.
Thought You Might Need This Reminder 📌
I didn't feel ready when I launched my first course.
I didn't feel ready when I launched The Calibrae Collective this month, even after six months of vision casting, training, and building it.
I have never once felt ready for the things that turned out to be the biggest wins in my business.
You don't get the clarity and confidence BEFORE you do the thing.
You get it BECAUSE you did the thing. You only feel ready the second time around.
Leila Hormozi nailed this in a recent YouTube Short and I had to share it with you:

So my question is this: Right now, today, what are you stalling on because you're waiting to feel ready?
Straight Outta My Group Chat
What happened at Milly last week reminded me of a prompt I built a while back. It was after one of those impromptu girlfriend nights where the biz talk gets dangerously honest. Hobie disappeared. (Smart man.)
We'd been swapping AI prompts that actually make you think. And afterward, I sat down and built a ChatGPT prompt designed to do exactly what I talked about above: strip it down.
It asks ChatGPT to be brutally honest about where you might be overcomplicating, overshooting, or operating from YOUR altitude instead of meeting your people at theirs.
And it comes in hot like your spicy, single aunt at Thanksgiving. 💃🏻
The line that got me the first time I used it?
“You're building for the business you want to run, not the business your client is actually in.”
Clearly I needed that reminder last week. 😂
Because here's the thing. I can spot when other people are teaching from their own POV instead of their audience’s all day long. But catching myself? That takes a different kind of mirror. And apparently, a room full of women with panic in their eyes.
Want your own lovingly savage wake-up call? I shared the exact prompt on IG. Click here to grab it. Just don't say I didn't warn you. ‼️

Wearing, Watching and Wondering 🤍
Every week, I take you behind the scenes with what I'm loving.
And sometimes I wonder if I sound like a broken record because my life is pretty simple.
I tend to focus on a few core things and go deep.
Right now, that's lifting weights, editing my closet down to less but better, finding all the productivity hacks, and bingeing shows that make me feel like the world is not as crazy as it is.
So if any of that sounds like your vibe, here's what's on my radar this week:
🤍 Wearing: LNDR Obsession 7/8 Super High Rise Legging. Pricey but so worth it. The compression is next level and they make every workout feel like you showed up 10% more serious.
🤍 Watching: Shrinking on Apple TV. You laugh, cry, and blush all in one sitting. My kind of show.
🤍 Wondering: I'm in the market for a new desk chair. I have a big move coming up (details next week!) and want to replace mine. Nice chat! Let’s do it again next week.
Until then, strip it down, grab my AI prompt to catch where you might be overreaching, and try my favorite leggings (anything to bribe ourselves to get into the gym, right?! 💪🏻).
Amy
P.S. I once had a $100K month and actually lost money. And the worst part? I had no idea until weeks later. This week's episode breaks down exactly how I fixed it. 🎧Listen here →
