One of the biggest ways we slow ourselves down? We overthink everything. 🤦🏻‍♀️
Course or membership? Bootcamp or challenge? This mastermind or that one?
Meanwhile… crickets. 🦗
Because we’re not moving. We treat every decision like a marriage proposal.
I’ve seen it over and over with the women I coach.
Sitting on ideas, spinning in circles, trying to make the perfect call. When really?
Clarity comes from scrappy test runs.
Try it out. In public. With your people watching.
What if your goal was just 10 sign-ups to test it?
What if you delivered it live, sticky notes everywhere, full “we’re in this together” energy?
That’s how you learn faster, show up bolder, and figure out what actually works.
The only reason we don’t?
We give too many Fs about things that 100% don’t matter.
What if I sound like an idiot? What if they unfollow me? What if someone calls me out?
But what if you flipped it?
Turn your messy middle into a behind-the-scenes with science experiment vibes. 🔬
Document it. Make people feel part of something.
People love a glow-up. They love an underdog. And they really love real.
So go get 10 people. Serve them like there’s 1,000.
The real flex isn’t being flawless. It’s being brave enough to test in public.
What You Didn’t Know You Missed 🔥
Here’s what’s worth your brain space this week.
#1: Are You Actually an Ambivert? (I Am! Big Time)
I always thought I was an introvert… until this weekend. I spent 36 hours with five powerhouse women, talking strategy nonstop, and I left energized. What?! Turns out I’m an ambivert. Watch this 30-second video… it explains everything.
#2: What’s REALLY Trending on Instagram Reels?

This “Ugly” Trend Might Be Your Best Performing Social Post
Speaking of trends, what’s standing out on social right now?Â
Not the polished, fake B-roll or curated grids. It’s real, raw, relatable content.
Think messy camera roll pics, quick storytelling, and behind-the-scenes moments that feel personal.
This trend is winning big, especially if you’ve ever felt stuck or over-filtered.
This post not only explains this new approach, it’s a great example of what I’m talking about.Â
Looks casual, feels honest, and it stops the scroll because it’s honest and unexpected.

Another one to check out?
This one.Â
It leans into nostalgia and storytelling, and casually lets people into a real-life moment with a little backstory that hits (in a fun, unexpected visual style).

You don’t need a fancy strategy. Just a moment, a message, or a memory.
Less polish. More presence. A little unexpected, messy creativity. That’s what stands out right now.
This AI Tool Might Be Your New Favorite Hire
Wish you could clone yourself? This might be the next best thing.
AI agents aren’t just fancy chatbots. They do the work for you.
Think task assignments, Slack messages, spreadsheet updates, even replying to emails or restocking your Amazon cart. Automatically.
Imagine this:
Each week, your agent reviews top-performing posts in your niche…
Grabs the most engaging hooks…
Then draft five posts in your voice.
It pings you in Slack. You tweak. You approve. It posts.
All while you’re at Pilates.
If you’re not ready to hire, this is your “in the meantime” team member.
Rick Mulready and I broke it all down in this week’s episode.
We covered how it works, the best app to use, and why now is the time to start.

Popcorn, Plot Twists & Movie Theater Drama 🍿🎬
My friend Jay Schwedelson (king of email marketing and unsolicited movie recs) texted me saying, “You and Hobie must see F1 with Brad Pitt. So good. I know nothing about racing and loved it.”
So Hobie and I cozy up at the lake house. Popcorn, Mexican Cokes, couch vibes.
I search everywhere… Netflix, Apple TV, HBO. Nothing.
And then it hits me… did Jay go to an actual theater? Like, get in a car, buy tickets, and everything?
Like… in public?
Apparently, people still do that.
We haven’t gone post-COVID. Are we weird? Or is this a thing again?
And more importantly: do you buy popcorn?
I grew up sneaking in microwave popcorn via my mom’s purse. Soda? Not a chance.
Then I married Hobie. Mr. “XL popcorn with refills, please.”
My budget cries. My taste buds cheer.
Great chat. Want to do it again next week? Me too!
Until then, give less Fs, create some messy, nostalgic posts, and buy the oversized popcorn (because you’re worth it!).
