Before working with Amy, my business was amazing. But it had also flatlined.

Yo-yo dieting is hard on your physical and emotional health. So I work with women who are looking to lose weight…for the LAST time.

And I used to do that in a group coaching membership program.

The problem was that anytime a member said they needed something, I would run to create it. I was always trying to come up with something new every month. The process left me running a bit ragged, and I couldn’t seem to get more than 150 members in my program.

While this was happening, I was listening to Amy’s podcast, and she kept talking about courses, courses, courses, courses.

Eventually, I got it. I realized that the easiest way for my students to reach their health goals would be if we were all doing the same thing, in the same order, speaking the same language.

And that’s what they would get if I created a course. I then joined Digital Course Academy®️ and did every single thing Amy taught me.

Little did I know that creating my first course would be the launching pad to scale my entire business.

As of today, 7,000 women have gone through the course. And we’re looking at adding another 5,000 in the next few months.

That means not only am I running a 7-figure-a-year business, but more importantly…

I’ve helped more than 100 women lose over 100 pounds. And more than 1,500 women have lost over 25 pounds.

And since this course isn’t just about losing physical weight — it’s about improving mental wellness too…

My customers have gone on to start businesses, repair marriages, leave toxic relationships, heal difficult family dynamics… they’ve done ALL THE THINGS.

When I look back at all I’ve been able to do with Digital Course Academy®️, it chokes me up. It’s really beautiful.

UPDATE: As of June 2023, Over thirty thousand women have gone through the course… which means that she’s not only running an 8-figure-a-year business, but she’s helped more than 250 women lose over 100 pounds!
