As a hospital pediatric dietitian, the fact is, by the time I am speaking to the parents, their children are already fussy eaters.

Parents desperately need nutrition information BEFORE they get to this point. So I started teaching live group classes to get this information out there. (And then during the pandemic we switched to Zoom meetings.)

As I started to get into my groove teaching these classes, I realized the next logical step would be to offer online courses. This would help me reach even more parents.
