I remember the first time I watched one of Amy’s webinars. My eyes were glued to the screen.

So of course I bought Digital Course Academy because I knew I needed to learn everything she could teach me.

(I’m an old-school Amy fan. I was in DCA before it was even called DCA.)

Amy does an amazing job of teaching with the beginner in mind. Because of that you might be tempted to skip parts of the course because you think you know them already, but don’t! DCA helped me get clear about who I wanted to work with and what to offer them, even though I thought I already had this down pat.

Amy said to really listen to your Ideal Customer Avatar and give them what they want. So I created a course called “Get Productive with GSuite.”

The course teaches small business owners how to organize their businesses with Google tools (something I had been helping business owners do as a VA and internet marketing specialist for 15 years!). I even named the course based on feedback I got from my research.

I didn’t have a traditional big launch. No Facebook ads or anything like that. I grew organically on social media and promoted my course to my new followers.

When I opened the cart, the sales started coming in. I made 136 sales, with the average purchase hovering around $68!
DCA worked for me. It will work for you too… you just have to follow it!

What’s next? Now I feel confident that I have a winning course on my hands. I decided to take my course sales revenue and reinvest in my business and my own development so I can sell more courses and continue to grow.

In the early days of my business, before I had my course, I focused on working with local businesses. I didn’t even realize I could work with people who weren’t local until I discovered Amy. My new course has made this possible.
