One in 54 people are diagnosed with autism these days. That means that just about every speech therapist is going to work with autistic students during their careers.

Yet a lot of them don’t know what to do with a student with autism who doesn’t respond to typical therapy strategies (leaving them feeling overwhelmed and frustrated).

That’s where I come in.

I’ve been working as a speech therapist for 20 years and as a board-certified behavioral analyst for about 10. My passion is helping people with autism.

I knew I could help overwhelmed speech therapists to teach their students to become more independent and effective communicators. So, I built an online business in addition to my therapy work selling tools and courses to therapists like me.

It was a small business at first, but when COVID hit, as unfortunate as it was, my side business started to thrive.

I realized that my little business had lots of potential, but I had to uplevel to make it the best it could possibly be. As soon as Digital Course Academy opened up again, I knew I had to join.

I’ve done launches on my own before. And I’ve been selling from my website for a while now. But nothing I ever did beat the results I got when I launched my course “Help Me Find My Voice” using the method Amy teaches in DCA.

My first DCA launch results: I doubled my usual sales!

The first night of my webinar I was soooo excited to tell my husband that I got 20 new students. I’ll never forget checking my sales on my first day and thinking, “Oh my gosh. This is amazing!”

But that was just the beginning…

When it was all said and done, I had 97 sales and made $9,603! (This was all before I even finished DCA!)

What I really love about DCA is Amy’s way of building enthusiasm before your launch to get even more sales.

I didn’t even know I was supposed to do this before. But Amy goes into so much detail explaining it, and I’ve listened to (and implemented) every word.

Being in DCA and seeing how much support Amy gives throughout the course is such an inspiration to me as a course creator. She’s like everybody’s cheerleader, and it’s inspired me to do the same thing with the therapists in my course.

It’s so empowering to know that I’m helping and serving more therapists. And through that, I’m touching even more students’ lives. It’s an absolute dream come true.
