I worked in the male-dominated construction industry all my life – and I was so burned out after having my second child that I was desperately looking for an escape.

At work, I’d see couples trying to “buy” happiness through a home renovation that was just a short-term Band-Aid. (And usually, those marriages still ended unhappily.)

All the ugly fights, conflicts, and everything I saw daily at work sadly also resonated deeply with me. Truthfully, that’s exactly what I was going through at home as well.

One day I just had to get it off my chest. That’s when I confided in a close friend… and she convinced me to give Ayurveda a shot, as it’s proven to relieve stress and anxiety.

Now I wasn’t the one to believe in natural remedies, but I was stuck in such a dark place at the time that I just went all-in with giving it a try.

And thank God I did!

Because THAT was the beginning of everything.

I started to feel all of my stress knots melting away…

I felt more at peace and in tune with my soul…

And best of all, I finally felt like ME!

Now I’d always wanted to do something of my own, and I was more than ready to leave the construction industry… so Ayurveda felt like the perfect escape!

And that’s when I decided that THIS was the field I would do my business in.

So I created and launched a course I named “The Everyday Ayurveda Course.” And I went all-in on it, doing it the scrappy way…

No course hub. No pre-recorded videos. Nothing.

I’d send the PDFs via email before a session, and then deliver the curriculum in person in my stuffy little loft space that could only hold 10.

I loved our tight-knit groups, but in-person coaching really put a cap on how many people I could serve.

Still, I delivered these teachings in the evenings and weekends, and since my husband was a power line technician, he was mostly out of town. I had to rely on friends and family to take care of the kids while I was doing in-person sessions or sales calls, and I didn’t love that I had to ask for help all of the time. (And sometimes sitters weren’t free, which made finding childcare very challenging.)

Luckily, that’s when I got introduced to Amy and her Online Marketing Made Easy podcast. (And I started binge listening to every single episode!)

And that’s how I heard about DCA.

I immediately signed up, and the rest is history!

I had to transition from in-person to this new online format — so I got to work.

I followed Amy’s system A to Z and absolutely loved Module 5 about the webinar framework…

… which showed that I CAN share valuable information and make more sales without doing the usual “bro marketing.”

It was the ultimate light-bulb moment for me!

And after months and months of work, I finally launched the first webinar in January 2020 and made $22,000 in sales!

This gave me the much-needed boost of confidence I needed to keep going, and that’s when I decided to make my course launch evergreen (the best decision I have ever made!)

I launched my evergreen webinar funnel in July 2020… and would never have guessed that this would happen next…

I made $220,000 in just one year!

I could never have made that much money in my stuffy little loft space, but using DCA, I can now make this kind of life-changing money online.

What’s more amazing is that I now can work when I feel like it. I wake up with my kids and I’m home with them all day — just the way I always wanted it to be.
