As a professional fundraiser for over 20 years, my job was to raise money for charities and organizations. (And I’m talkin’ A LOT of money in a really short period of time.)
But I was a burnt-out mom, looking to work less… with a dream to create my own business and get my time back.
So in March of 2020 I finally took the plunge to start my own business.
But little did I know… the following week, I and fellow Canadians would be on lockdown for the next 2 years!
When lockdown happened, so many women in Canada lost their jobs. And because of my background, women started to ask me: “Can you teach me how to make money?”
That’s when I created my first course teaching other women how to sell successfully. (Based on the strategies I used with my fundraising.)
And because I already knew how to sell, I was actually quite successful from the start.
But what I did not know was the business side of this online world, and how to scale my course into an actual business for continued success.
When I asked others for advice on this, Amy was recommended to me. And that’s when I joined Digital Course Academy!
With the help of DCA, my most recent launch ended with a 45% conversion rate and grossed $18,725 (with zero paid ads)!
And since starting DCA, my total course earnings to date are $145,500+!
(I am also on track to reach my goal of multiple 6 figures by the end of the year – all from my course sales!)
DCA gave me the skills to be able to repeat this success and turn my course into a real business, which was exactly why I signed up in the first place.

I’m also a podcast host, currently releasing 3 episodes a week. I have intentionally filled my world with women who are business owners and industry experts who take action to scale their online revenue.
My daughter sees me working and tells me she wants to be a podcaster when she grows up and that she is proud of her mom.
My husband and I recently took a trip to Jamaica and paid cash! (That felt amazing!)
