Before my journey as an entrepreneur began, I worked in the corporate world for 15 years!
And even though I liked my job, I dreamed of doing something bigger for myself.
That’s when I started my side hustle!
I created an in-studio talk show where I would interview different entrepreneurs providing them a platform to share their personal stories. As the show gained momentum, I increased my fees charging them more and more to be live on air with me.
After 4 years of balancing my regular job with this side hustle, my boss could see that I was more interested in my business and decided to release me from my position.
That was the push I needed to turn my side hustle into a full-time business!
So I went all in! I became a certified personal development coach and started hosting Facebook Live workshops and in-person events and conferences.
These were exciting times, and my business was going great… but then COVID happened and I was forced to pivot.
Luckily, that was around the time Amy opened the doors for a new round of her Digital Course Academy. After watching her webinar, I realized DCA was exactly what I needed to transform my personal development business into a digital course!
I enrolled immediately, and I’m sooo glad that I did!
By following the amazing framework in DCA, I created my starter course called Goodbye Camera Shy, where I teach business owners how to have confidence on camera so they can increase their social media traffic, attract ideal clients, and generate more revenue.
On my very first launch, I enrolled 28 students into my course and made $6,316! I felt really happy about it. It was a great start!!
DCA is FULL of amazing tips and tricks, but I especially love the Facebook Live strategy! I was already doing Facebook Lives, but with Amy’s help, now they are even better!
Joining DCA has literally changed my life… Not only am I building a legacy for my family, but I’ll finally have more time and freedom to spend with them!
