I flew through the modules in DCA and began creating my course: Resistance Training for Beginners.

It’s all about teaching the full-body, fundamental exercises people new to working out need in order to build a strong fitness foundation, while also reducing their risk of injury.

Thanks to Amy’s AMAZING framework, I structured my course in an easy-to-follow format that allows people to start their fitness training at home OR even at the gym — whatever their preference.

All that my course needs is a few finishing touches and then it will be ready to launch!

There’s definitely a learning curve to creating a digital course, but DCA helped me figure out each step — even the tech! Some online courses can feel overwhelming in the way that they teach the material, leaving you unsure of what to do next. With DCA, I always knew what I was supposed to implement and when.

I’m excited to launch my course and start helping even more people to achieve their health and fitness goals!
