It was an ordinary morning in November, but it changed my life forever.
I was getting ready to leave for work, to teach a workshop on how to bake sourdough bread, which meant trying to get out of the house much earlier since my commute can be anywhere from 4–8 hours.
I guess that day my 8-year-old son had had enough. He had a meltdown and cried as he told me he hated the days I have a workshop because I’m so nervous (and not present with him). I knew right then that something had to change.
That same day, Amy announced that she was opening her doors to Digital Course Academy®️. I bought immediately and followed every step. I was committed to turn my sourdough knowledge into an online course, The Sourdough Institute, that would allow me to stay home with my kids.
My email list grew from 8 to 1,700 subscribers by following Amy’s pre-launch runway. Then, I launched in June (without a single Facebook ad) selling 60 courses for $297 each!
That’s $17,820 for my first launch!!!
