I always knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur… but as a busy mom with a full-time job, it felt difficult to balance my career and my family. How would I possibly find the time to be a business owner too?

Yet, I was committed to making it happen.

I wanted the freedom to set my own hours so that I could spend more valuable time with my children.

So I began by doing what I thought I should do, building my Instagram page, but I needed some direction on how to scale it into a lucrative business.

That’s when I started listening to Amy’s podcast… and to be honest with you, some days, it was the only thing that kept my dream alive.

So when she opened the doors of Digital Course Academy I decided to take the plunge and make the investment!

At first, my plan was to create a big signature course, but then COVID happened and our lives turned upside down.

Working from home full-time while homeschooling was incredibly stressful, and I realized I needed something I could create and offer quickly.

So instead, I used Amy’s How to Create a Workshop Bonus to create my first workshop to help busy moms with their Instagram businesses. When I launched it in May of 2020, I made $3,000!

It was a HUGE validation moment for me that I could actually do this! (Not to mention a much-needed cash infusion for my business!)

From there, I was committed to helping other moms who were where I once was… struggling to build their Instagram businesses while also taking care of their kids and working from home.

I created my three-week signature course called The Mom to Momfluencer Method, where I teach busy moms and female entrepreneurs how to build, grow, and monetize Instagram.

With my first launch in October, I made about $10,000!

After that, I used Amy’s lead magnet strategies to grow my list up to 2,100 subscribers. And when I launched again this past February, not only did I get 600 new people on my list, but I also gained 36 students and made another $25,000!!

I loved that I could adapt DCA to fit my needs — just like I did with my first workshop launch — and that I can keep coming back to revisit it whenever I want.

It’s something I do often! Amy and her team are always striving to keep DCA updated so that their students have access to new and relevant course launch methods that are working right now.

I got so much more out of DCA than being able to make a great income from my course.

Amy taught me how to overcome my imposter syndrome, and now I know how to form meaningful connections with my audience and give them the hope and inspiration they need when imposter syndrome comes up for them.

My life has completely changed since I joined DCA.

I went from dreaming about having my own business to making $38,000 in a very short period of time! It feels incredible knowing that I have a viable business that I can use to support myself and my family.

The best part?

I can FINALLY quit my day job and have more time to spend with the ones I love most — my kids!
